Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions

The Kirkgate Suites are delighted to present an exciting giveaway, offering you the opportunity to win one of three complimentary stays at our luxurious serviced apartments. Please review the terms and conditions outlined below for eligibility and participation.

1. Eligibility:

• This giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United Kingdom and are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

2. Entry Period:

• The giveaway will begin on 26 February 2024 and ends on 10 March 2024. All entries must be submitted within this period to be eligible.

3. How to Enter:

To enter, participants must:

• Follow @kirkgatesuites on Instagram.

• Like the giveaway post.

• Leave a comment and tag at least 3 friends in the comments of the giveaway post (the more comments you leave, the higher your chances are!)

• Share the giveaway post on their Instagram story and tag @kirkgatesuites.

4. Prize:

• Three (3) winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries to receive each a 1 night complementary stay at one of our luxury serviced apartments. More information can be found here.

• Participants wishing to extend their stay may do so for an additional reduced rate of £65/night (subject to availability and a maximum stay length of 28 days).

5. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries within 7 days of the giveaway's end date.

• The winner will be announced on Instagram via a post and direct message within 5 days of the winner selection.

6. Prize Redemption:

• The winner must claim their prize within 10 days of being notified.

• The prize is subject to availability and excludes stays on Fridays and Saturdays, dates of major occassions, or where major events are taking place in Leeds.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.

• A security deposit may be requested to confirm your reseveration. This is fully refundable at the end of your stay (subject to no damages), and will be returned within 5-7 days folowing your check-out

7. Publicity Release:

• By participating in this giveaway, entrants grant the Kirkgate Suites the right to use their name, likeness, and Instagram handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. Privacy:

• Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

9. General Conditions:

• Kirkgate Suites reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time for any reason.

• Kirkgate Suites is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

• Kirkgate Suites’ general terms and conditions of stay apply to all giveaway winners

• For health and safety reasons, there is a limit of two (2) guests per apartment.

10. Compliance:

• Participants are responsible for complying with Instagram's terms of service and community guidelines.
