Terms and Conditions

Kirkgate Suites is proud to support The Grammer School at Leeds by offering one complimentary stay in our Signature Suite as part of the raffle. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. Eligibility:

This raffle is open exclusively to raffle holders who have entered the internal raffle.

2. Prize:

One (1) winner will receive a one-night complimentary stay in the Signature Suite at Kirkgate Suites, Leeds.

  • The prize is valid for a single stay of one night.

  • Additional nights may be booked at the prevailing rate (subject to availability).

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services.

3. How to Redeem:

The raffle winner will be provided with a unique raffle code.

To redeem their stay, the winner must:

  • Visit the Kirkgate Suites booking page to view available dates.

  • Email info@kirkgatesuites.com with:

    • Their preferred booking date(s)

    • Their full name and contact details

    • The raffle code received from the charity draw

Kirkgate Suites will confirm the booking subject to availability.

4. Validity and Restrictions:

  • The complimentary stay must be booked and used within 6 months of the raffle draw date.

  • The stay is subject to availability and excludes Fridays, Saturdays, and major event dates in Leeds.

  • A refundable security deposit may be required to confirm the booking.

  • Maximum occupancy: two (2) guests per suite.

  • Standard Kirkgate Suites Terms & Conditions of Stay apply.

5. General:

  • Kirkgate Suites reserves the right to modify or cancel the prize at its discretion in exceptional circumstances.

  • Neither The Grammer School at Leeds nor Kirkgate Suites shall be liable for any loss, damage, or injury related to participation in this raffle or the prize stay.

  • This raffle and prize promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by any external social media platform.
